What Is a Loan Calculator

A loan calculator is a tool that computes the monthly payment required to pay off a fixed-rate loan over a specified term. Understanding APR vs Interest Rate

The interest rate is the cost of borrowing the principal, expressed as an annual percentage. It determines the interest portion of your monthly payment.
