Headroom: Agent Memory requires macOS 14 or later. Open Headroom, then use the HR menu-bar item to reopen its dashboard. Toggle Sample mode and choose Balanced, Under pressure, or Room to grow to explore the app without running agents.

Capacity figures are estimates. The app reserves 4 GiB and reports zero additional capacity when swap is in use or memory pressure rises.
