Cold math. Installs a day = demand on the phrase x click share at our rank. Rank 1 to 3 gets about 10 times the clicks of rank 6 to 10. The new 3D viewer makes 10.6 installs a day, as much as our best listing. So a new listing in a niche with demand and weak rivals is the highest return. Open VSX (Cursor, Windsurf, VSCodium) is a second market for the same 29 products at almost no cost. Money needs the owner identity steps first; agents make each money gate ready to switch on in one step.

  1. Rule: rank wins, not product count. Make the install-earning products (DOCX, 3D, NetCDF, tensor, table, PPTX, PDF) the best on the platform for their main phrase.
  2. Done 2026-11-08 from 07:36: DOCX 0.3.0, PPTX 0.4.0, NetCDF 0.4.0, Video 0.2.5, SQLite 0.2.2, Table 0.3.3, PDF 0.2.8 and Tensor 0.4.0, each after a red-team check in real VS Code against the gallery build (VER6, VER7, RATE3).

4. Build the next products

  1. GO from the 07:30 re-measure: the SVG viewer, then the hex viewer. The new-extension cap frees at about 12:17 on 2026-11-08.
  2. After JetBrains approval: upload the 0.1.1 fixes for 35877, 35878 and 35879 with wave11/out/B-GATE-scripts/upload_jb.sh, then check rank for their phrases.
  3. Each release passes unit tests and a test in the real app before upload. A second lane red-teams it in real VS Code against the gallery build.

6. Owner steps

Owner · About 2 hours in total

  1. Atlassian (about 10 minutes). Answer the OWNER-CONFIRM rows on the Partner and Partner - Extended tabs (suggestions in wave10/out/B-ATL4-partner-answers.md), change the Security contact on each ticket, then click Submit for Review once.
  2. Atlassian, before 2026-11-12. A new API token for the Forge CLI. The current one expires then.
  3. Atlassian ECOHELP-182590, before 2026-12-06. Do the Stripe Identity check for the Primary Partner Contact from the link in the ticket. Payouts need it.
  4. Marketplace publisher domain (5 minutes plus DNS time). Verify zovo.one on the publisher page with one DNS TXT record. VS Code then stops asking new users if they trust the publisher.
  5. Apify. Only your ID check is left (Veriff, 5 minutes). Until then the 9 Actors stay out of Store search.
  6. PayPal. Put your PayPal.me link in funding.json. An agent then runs one command that adds it everywhere.
  7. Obsidian (10 minutes). Sign in on community.obsidian.md, link GitHub theluckystrike, choose Add a plugin or theme, and enter theluckystrike/obsidian-office-viewer (release 0.1.1).
  8. Modrinth (3 minutes). Make a new token with the 8 scopes in wave10/out/B-MOD1.md and save it as MODRINTH_TOKEN.
  9. Claude sign-in. The agent sign-in ends between 2026-11-13 and 2026-11-16. Run claude auth login before then. The Claude Max account also needs a new sign-in.
